Business Done Right
The business world is extremely fast paced because, as the saying goes, time is money. Unfortunately, because of this mindset we have lost some of the most important aspects of human interaction. That is why Golden's Chimney Lining LLC makes the time for our customers. We want our customers to know that when you deal with Golden's Chimney Lining LLC it is not business as usual. We take the time necessary not only to get the job done, but also to get to know our customers and provide them with quality work they will be happy with for years to come. We encourage our customers to speak freely with us so that we can try to meet all of our customer's expectations.
Have You Had Your Chimney(s) Inspected?
The chimney systems in your home are an important part of
your home venting system. The National Fire Protection Association, in
their Standard 211 (NFPA 211), recommends an annual evaluation of all chimneys,
fireplaces and vents and defines three different levels of inspections.
For safe and efficient operation, your chimneys should be checked annually by a
CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep and cleaned as needed. Each year unsafe
chimneys cause significant numbers of injuries and deaths, and accounts for
millions of dollars in property losses. Make chimney inspections a
regular part of your home maintenance schedule. We here at Golden's
Chimney Lining, LLC will not give our customers a work proposal/estimate for
repair without doing a proper chimney inspection. It's very important to
have that inspection, especially when we know there are existing issues with
the chimney which are needing repair. As a homeowner or as a home
buyer, you want that peace of mind in knowing that your chimney is safe for use
and we want to provide that peace of mind for you. For us as a service
company, we need to know what is going on with your chimney in order to do a
proper repair or give a proper report or work proposal/estimate.
Therefore, we must inspect it. Once we have properly inspected your
chimney we will provide you with the proper estimate for repair, if it is
needed. We need our customers to know that there is a fee for our
inspections. Our fees vary depending on the type of inspection we perform
and the city in which it is performed. So please call our office for more
information on our fees and for your appointment. NOTE: We encourage everyone
purchasing a home with a chimney(s) to have it inspected by a CSIA Certified
Chimney Sweep before you purchase the home.
Certified and Insured
Certified: Don't be fooled! Not every company out there has a certification. But we do! Always check at www.csia.org to see if the person coming into your home is certified. We have been certified for almost 30 years! What does it mean to be certified? Certified Chimney Sweeps have passed a rigorous test that examines their knowledge of the codes, practices, and standards of the trade. Certified sweeps have learned how to do the job right - as competent, qualified service professionals. CSIA certification is an individual credential, awarded to sweeps only after they've earned a minimum number of continuing education units and have passed two exams. The credential must be renewed annually with recredentialling required every three years by submitting continuing education units or by a combination of continuing education and testing.
Insured: to protect employees and customers our company is insured to cover workplace accidents as well as property and liability insurance.
